With the Covid-19 pandemic accelerating transformation, close to 14,000 local enterprises have received subsidies from the government to aid in their business activities. Pacific Logistics Group was one of these local enterprises and was featured in this Lianhe Zaobao article. PLG utilised these subsidies to streamline operational activities and for the exploration of international opportunities.
We had to pivot and focus on expanding our other capabilities when Covid-19 hit, improving our warehouse management capabilities and introducing end-to-end food logistics services. With the unveiling of the China-Laos railway, PLG is strengthening its capabilities in the region (particularly in Laos) to be a key logistics partner connecting Europe, China and ASEAN.
