      PAY RANGE: S$2,500 TO S$3,000
    • JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION
    • The regional development executive/officer is responsible for preparing meeting minutes, correspondences with stakeholders/customers, preparing proposal, processing orders for shipment and delivery of orders to the customer.
    • He /She is also responsible for managing customers and coordinating with colleagues during the entire process.
    • Resourceful and analytical, he /she requires to analyze customer needs and convince customers to adopt proposals.
    • PERFORM BUSINESS ADMINSTRATION TASKS
    • 1) Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities.
    • 2) Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities.
    • 3) Evaluate risk factors that impact on efficiency.
    • PERFOM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TASKS
    • 1) Communicate with colleagues to identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals / countries.
    • 2) Analyze market needs and opportunities in key accounts within assigned verticals countries.
    • 3) Analyze the prevalent trends, dynamics and market movement to grow businesses.
    • PERFROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TASKS
    • 1) Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationship.
    • 2) Manage key accounts through maintaining close contact with all stakeholders.
    • 3) Deploy logistics services that meet customer requirement.
    • 4) Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirement.
    • 5) Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.
    • PERFORM SALES AND MARKETING TASKS
    • 1) Research potential customer information to facilitate sales of logistics products and serve.
    • 2) Identify sales solutions based on information gathered through research and / or feedback.
    • 3) Support development of sales proposal and / or tender documents.
    • 4) Monitor industry product and service prices and cost structures.
