  • Customer Service Executive
    • The Customer Service Executive is responsible for coordinating with customers, logistics operators and customs officials to plan and track the movement of goods to ensure that they are cleared through customs or quarantine, as well as developing relationships with potential customers.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Follow up with customer inquiries and provide information about services, products and to process orders
    • • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that operational tasks are met
    • • Process all documentation associated with the movement of our client’s inventory into and out of the facility according to client requirements, and in an accurate and timely manner
    • • Document, investigate and resolve all customer concerns in a timely fashion
    • • Build strong relationships with customers
    • • Communicate and follow up with customers on the status of their shipments or deliveries
    • • Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior
    • Job Requirements:
    • • Minimum a professional or NITEC certificate or equivalent

  • Procurement Executive
    • The Procurement Executive is responsible for coordinating and negotiating with external vendors to get the most cost-effective deals. Essentially, he/she is also responsible for the company’s spending efficiency.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Monitor and ensure procurement operations follow internal standard procedures and meet the necessary deadlines
    • • Executing procurement activities based on product specifications or service work instructions as required by stakeholders involved
    • • Manage relationships with organisational network and external vendors for procurement and support negotiation efforts to get competitive rates for the required products and services
    • • Assist in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of current vendors/contractors and report this information to the Procurement Manager
    • • Engage in cost reduction exercises and other projects (IT, New Procurement Procedures) deemed necessary by Procurement Manager
    • Job Requirements:
    • • Possess good supplier management skills e.g. negotiation
    • • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
    • • Possess relevant knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
    • • Self-motivated & able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • • Team player, resourceful and possess good initiative to work with R&D, business & project teams
    • • Ability to work independently, develop solutions to mitigate problems before escalating to Procurement Manager
    • • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

  • Regional Development Executive
    • The Regional Development Executive is responsible for preparing meeting minutes, correspondences with stakeholders and customers, proposals and the processing and delivery of orders to customers. He or she must also be resourceful and analytical in order to understand customers’ needs and persuade them to accept proposals.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Communicate with colleagues to identify new businesses, trends, opportunities and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals / countries
    • • Analyse customer information and needs to improve customer relationship
    • • Research potential customer information and identify sales solutions based on information gathered through research
    • • Support development of sales proposal and / or tender documents
    • • Track industry products, service prices and cost structures
    • • Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
    • Job Requirements:
    • • Minimum GCE “O” level or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
    • • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organised, and able to prioritise tasks

  • Regional Development Manager
    • The Regional Development Manager is responsible for business development, sales of both broad-based and niche logistics services including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers and meeting sales targets.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Establish annual sales goals by forecasting anticipated sales volume and profit for existing and new customers/businesses
    • • Develop and implement sales programs and plans to achieve sales goals, which includes growing new accounts and the servicing of existing accounts
    • • Identify and evaluate industry trends and competitive developments, recommending changes in current products, services, pricing and policies
    • • Updates Management on sales progress through the submission of activity and result reports on a regular basis
    • • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing intervention strategies to mitigate gaps in delivery of logistics services
    • • Ensures customer receivables/DSO is timely and within the guidelines stipulated by the company
    • • Perform overseas travel/short or long-term assignments related to scope of work
    • • Any other work-related matters as assigned
    • Job Requirements:
    • • Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Studies or related field
    • • Minimum 3 years in similar field at freight forwarding industry
    • • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PPT
    • • Ability to relocate overseas

  • Solutions Executive
    • The Solutions Executive is responsible for designing and coordinating development of end-to-end bespoke logistics solutions for customers, across transportation, warehousing and freight forwarding operations. He or she is also required to interact with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis and to convince customers to adopt the solutions proposed, including material sourcing, solutioning and prices of solutions.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Coordinate and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tender/bid activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications
    • • Assist on the basic TMS for each account for the actual HC usage and MHE usage
    • • Ensure the design and efficiency of the warehouse storage capacity
    • • Complete quotation and tender studies on time and to the best possible financial results
    • • To assist with management of contract review
    • • Recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, productivity and lower costs
    • • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
    • Job Requirements:
    • • Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
    • • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the logistics industry
    • • Meticulous and organised
    • • Good negotiating, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
