  • Customer Service Executive
    • The Customer Service Executive is responsible for coordinating with customers, logistics operators and customs officials to plan and track the movement of goods to ensure that they are cleared through customs or quarantine, as well as developing relationships with potential customers.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Follow up with customer inquiries and provide information about services, products and to process orders
    • • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that operational tasks are met
    • • Process all documentation associated with the movement of our client’s inventory into and out of the facility according to client requirements, and in an accurate and timely manner
    • • Document, investigate and resolve all customer concerns in a timely fashion
    • • Build strong relationships with customers
    • • Communicate and follow up with customers on the status of their shipments or deliveries
    • • Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior
    • Job Requirements:

  • Air Freight Executive
    • The Air Freight Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operations such as the processing of documents, permits and other tasks related to air import and export jobs, and coordinating cargo movement with customers, overseas agents and freight forwarders.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Ensure that the correct type of permits are declared for each customer/shipment and that the information on these permits are accurate
    • • Update the status of the shipment in a timely manner to the customer/agent
    • • Verify the accuracy of the transportation details before collection or delivery
    • • Timely billing of shipments
    • Job Requirements:
    • • At least 1 year experience in the related field and able to declare permits
    • • Team player and have a positive attitude

  • Junior HR Executive
    • The Junior HR Executive is responsible for the areas of all HR functions and provides support for the overall department. He/she will be reporting to the HR Manager.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Collaborate with Division Managers on staffing/manpower needs
    • • Review job descriptions and specifications, including salary packages
    • • Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment portals, social media, etc
    • • Process job applications and shortlist candidates by assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience that are best suited for the open positions
    • • Co-ordinate with hiring agents, and external government agencies such as E2i, and WSG for potential candidates
    • • Update and communicate Company’s HR Handbook, policies, and procedures
    • • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
    • Job Requirements:
    • • Diploma in Human Resources or Degree in Business Administration/ HRM with at least 1 year of relevant HR recruitment experience
    • • Possess good knowledge of the Employment Act and other statutory Acts related to HR

  • Sea Freight Executive
    • The Sea Freight Executive is responsible for performing daily operation activities such as the processing of documents, permits, etc for sea import/export jobs and coordinate with customers, overseas agents and freight forwarders for the movement of cargo.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Prepare import documents and create jobs in the system
    • • Prepare permits such as IG , II , IM , ME , DP as required by Customs and TDB
    • • Ensure billing and collection of GST charges after the delivery of the cargo
    • • Update consignees on shipment arrival date and forward supporting documents for their reference
    • • Arrange marine insurance for outbound shipments
    • • Liaise with customers and/or overseas agents and insurer and arrange for survey of damaged cargo, where required
    • • For third party shipments, arrange for driver to collect documents from other agents, declare permit, request for issuance of cheques and arrange cargo clearance and delivery
    • • On receipt of payments from customers, make a copy of the DO and the cheque for filing and hand over the cheques or cash to Accounts Department
    • • Send Delivery Note and POD to overseas agents to inform them of cargo deliveries to their customer
    • • For shipments where the GST exceeds S$3000, ensure Customer makes payment to Customs or to company’s bank account before clearing the shipments from port
    • • Ensure cargo is cleared on time to avoid incurring storage charges
    • • Follow up with overseas agents for Delivery Notes for billing purpose
    • Job Requirements:
    • • GCE O/N Level Certificate or equivalent
    • • Possess minimum 1 year working experience with freight forwarding company
    • • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Regional Development Manager
    • The Regional Development Manager is responsible for business development, sales of both broad-based and niche logistics services including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers and meeting sales targets.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Establish annual sales goals by forecasting anticipated sales volume and profit for existing and new customers/businesses
    • • Develop and implement sales programs and plans to achieve sales goals, which includes growing new accounts and the servicing of existing accounts
    • • Identify and evaluate industry trends and competitive developments, recommending changes in current products, services, pricing and policies
    • • Updates Management on sales progress through the submission of activity and result reports on a regular basis
    • • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing intervention strategies to mitigate gaps in delivery of logistics services
    • • Ensures customer receivables/DSO is timely and within the guidelines stipulated by the company
    • • Perform overseas travel/short or long-term assignments related to scope of work
    • • Any other work-related matters as assigned
    • Job Requirements:
    • • Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Studies or related field
    • • Minimum 3 years in similar field at freight forwarding industry
    • • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PPT

  • Solutions Executive
    • The Solutions Executive is responsible for designing and coordinating development of end-to-end bespoke logistics solutions for customers, across transportation, warehousing and freight forwarding operations. He or she is also required to interact with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis and to convince customers to adopt the solutions proposed, including material sourcing, solutioning and prices of solutions.
    • Job Responsibilities:
    • • Coordinate and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tender/bid activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications
    • • Assist on the basic TMS for each account for the actual HC usage and MHE usage
    • • Ensure the design and efficiency of the warehouse storage capacity
    • • Complete quotation and tender studies on time and to the best possible financial results
    • • To assist with management of contract review
    • • Recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, productivity and lower costs
    • • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
    • Job Requirements:
    • • Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
    • • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the logistics industry
