Bridging Growth through Connectivity

Connectivity has always been the foundation of progress, linking economies, communities, and ideas. For Singapore and China, this partnership built on trust and innovation has powered decades of growth and cooperation. At Pacific Logistics Group (PLG), we are proud to be part of that story, strengthening regional connectivity through integrated logistics that move Asia forward.

Building Regional Connections with Purpose

One of the most significant milestones in Singapore–China relations is the establishment of the Suzhou Industrial Park, the first government-to-government venture between both countries. It remains a model for sustainable industrial cooperation and continues to attract global businesses seeking growth in China.

Our wood processing and industrial packing facility, located within the Suzhou Industrial Park, supports regional trade by providing quality, reliable, and efficient value-added logistics solutions. Being situated in this industrial hub allows us to serve our clients more effectively while contributing to the continued development of a project that symbolises an enduring partnership.

Beyond Suzhou, we have also established a presence in Shanghai, China’s key trading hub and home to the world’s busiest port. Our decision to set up operations there reflects strategic foresight, positioning PLG at the heart of global trade activity, where connectivity and efficiency converge.

Our involvement in the Chongqing–Germany Railway initiative further reinforces this network of cooperation. As part of the International Land–Sea Trade Corridor, the route connects China to ASEAN and extends to Duisburg, Germany, linking the eastern and western markets. Supported by our Germany office, this corridor strengthens our ability to facilitate smoother and more sustainable trade between Asia and Europe.

Driving Sustainable Growth Across Borders

Today, PLG’s growing presence across China, Southeast Asia, and Europe continues to align with the broader goals of regional integration and cooperation. Our participation in the China International Import Expo (CIIE) reflects this vision, providing a platform to engage partners, exchange ideas, and explore new opportunities in the evolving global trade landscape. Every connection we build and every route we operate serves one purpose — to make trade more seamless, sustainable, and accessible for businesses across borders.

Moving Forward Together

As Singapore and China celebrate 35 years of diplomatic ties, PLG remains deeply committed to being part of this enduring journey of connectivity and trust. From Suzhou to Shanghai, from Chongqing to Duisburg, our story is one of connection — built on shared trust, regional growth, and a belief that every route taken brings us closer to a stronger and more connected Asia.
