  • Customer Service Assistant/Executive

    The Customer Service Assistant/Executive is responsible for coordinating with customers, logistics operators and customs officials to plan and track the movement of goods to ensure that they are cleared through customs or quarantine, as well as developing relationships with potential customers.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform system data entries and related functions for customers and ”Internal Warehouse Management System” (iWMS)
    • Coordinate with customers and internally for operations and inventory-related matters
    • Ensure all paperwork, system and filing is completed on time and accurately
    • Plan and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery
    • Generate accurate billing invoices, inventory reports and related reports as per the required deadline
    • Attend to customer inquiries and ensure all requests and issues are resolved
    • Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 'O' level or 'N' level certificate
    • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
    • Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility

  • Drivers (Class 3 or Class 4)

    The Driver (Class 3 or 4) is responsible for safe, efficient and on-time delivery and operation of heavy vehicles to load, move, and unload goods. He or she may also be required to support general transportation operations.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Deliver goods to assigned locations and assist in loading and unloading of goods
    • Proper handling and standard maintenance upkeep of vehicles
    • Ensure timely collection and delivery of goods
    • Check and account for goods collected and delivered
    • Perform delivery duties courteously and professionally
    • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by superior


    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience
    • Possess a valid Class 3 or 4 driving license
    • Able to work 5.5 days per week
    • Good team player
    • Punctual, responsible and reliable
    • Familiar with Singapore road and driving regulations

  • Warehouse Assistant/Store Keeper

    The Warehouse Assistant/Store Keeper is responsible for coordinating general warehouse operations and activities, such as receiving and shipping deliveries, doing stock inspections, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and inventory storage.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Loading, unloading, arranging and moving of warehouse cargo and items
    • Checking and inspecting received goods to ensure they are of the correct quantity, type, and quality
    • Packing, labelling, packaging, stocking, organising and re-arranging of products in the warehouse when received and before they are dispatched
    • Comply with height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, and arranging items on pallets according to storage plans
    • Handle container stuffing and unstuffing operations and any necessary cargo/material handling security procedures
    • Perform cross-docking operations, shipment consolidation, transshipment and transloading operations
    • Apply methods and techniques to manage dangerous goods and time and temperature-sensitive cargo
    • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

    Job Requirements:

    • Meticulous and physically fit to carry heavy items
    • Able to work as a team player and independently
    • Possess the necessary licenses to operate the various MHEs
    • Possess the knowledge, skills and necessary licenses to operate MHEs - forklift, pallet truck, reach truck, VNA, stacker, scissors lift, etc (as required)

  • Human Resource Admin / Executive

    The HR Admin Assistant / Executive is responsible for supporting the Human Resource and Administration functions with a primary focus on recruitment coordination, inventory issuance, and procurement support. This role handles end-to-end recruitment administrative tasks, ensures timely issuance of stationery, uniforms, and safety shoes to employees, and prepares purchase requisitions for necessary goods and services. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.


    Job Description:

           Talent Acquisition

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals, social media, and internal platforms
    • Source candidates using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
    • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities, including document collection, orientation, and first-day arrangements.
    • Ensure new hires complete all pre-employment and onboarding requirements.

      Interview Coordination
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
    • Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate suitability.
    • Administer pre-employment assessments or tests where applicable.
    • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

      Reporting & Compliance
    • Maintain recruitment-related records and reports.
    • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

      Administration Duties
    • Issue stationery, uniforms, and safety shoes to employees based on company policy.
    • Maintain accurate records of issued items with acknowledgment from recipients.
    • Track and manage size availability and stock for uniforms and safety shoes.
    • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
    • Maintain updated inventory records in system or logbooks.
    • Identify low-stock items and initiate replenishment requests in a timely manner.
    • Create and submit Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for office supplies, uniforms, and safety shoes.
    • Any other duties assigned by Senior HR Manager

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1 – 3 years of experience in recruitment and administration or a relevant.
    • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
